· Carve out time to nourish your nervous system and reset your perspective
· Gather insights for supporting your well-being
· Learn practical skills for navigating burnout, rejection, and imposter syndrome
· Connect with others working through similar challenges.
 
We might not be able to change our circumstances, but we can build skills to adapt to a changing and unknown professional landscape.

 
What is a Resiliency Circle?

A Resiliency Circle is a community of people focused on cultivating our ability to adapt to life’s challenges and reconnect to our well-being. It provides a collaborative space for individuals to share experiences, learn valuable stress-management strategies, and engage in practical skill-building.

Who are the Facilitators?


Beth Batson, PCC and Laura Barboza will guide the conversation as skillful facilitators in the human experience and well-being space.

​

Everyone is welcome and this offering is FREE to all! We meet virtually on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, and there's no expectation that you join every session.
