You know this isn't the whole story. You're overwhelmed, hitting the same walls, feeling defeated by your own patterns. What you're missing isn't a foolproof strategy or tool. It's a map.

Your nervous system has a natural stress cycle, but it often gets stuck, which leads to overwhelm.

 

What keeps it stuck is rarely the stressor. It's the meaning we make of it. The story you've been telling yourself for so long, you stopped noticing it was there.

Overwhelm isn't a character flaw. It's a stuck stress cycle. And what looks like self-sabotage isn't weakness, it's a protective strategy that developed for very good reasons, and hasn't yet gotten the memo that things are different now.

The Mapping Session makes all of this visible. In 90 minutes, we map your specific cycle, so you can see it, separate from it, and begin to work with it, rather than against it.

The Nervous System  |  The science, demystified

A brief introduction to the stress cycle to give a framework for what we're about to explore. This is the biology of why you feel the way you feel, made accessible.

The Map  |  The cycle, your patterns, your parts

We take one real challenge from your life and trace it through the body, the feelings, and the stories running beneath them. The picture that emerges is often surprising, and almost always clarifying.

The Path to Self  |  Tools for intention and presence

With the map in front of us, we return to Self energy, our home base where you have the capacity to respond with intention rather than react. Not white-knuckling through. Not bypassing. Meeting what's there with kindness so the stress cycle can complete.

THE FOLLOW - UP

This isn't a one-and-done.

Two weeks after our session, we'll reconnect for a 30-minute check-in to see what's landed, what's shifted, and what questions have come up.

If 1:1 coaching feels like the right next step, we'll talk about that too.

90 min + 30 min

A 90-minute session via phone or Zoom, followed by a 30-minute check-in two weeks later.

AVAILABILITY

Open to new-to-me clients and anyone curious about coaching.
