A 90-minute session to get clear on your patterns, your nervous system, and what becomes possible when you work with both.

Curious about working together, but a bit commitment-shy?

 

This Mapping Session is a focused, 90-minute deep-dive designed for people who are ready to get honest with themselves about what's working, what isn't, and what might be quietly running the show beneath the surface.

 

This is not a discovery call. We will dig into the work immediately, and you'll leave with real clarity, tangible practices, and a map of what's getting in the way... and what's possible on the other side.

TOGETHER WE WILL

In our 90 minute call together, we will...

 

  • Map your unique overwhelm cycle—how it shows up in your body, your thoughts, and your behaviors. 

  • Shift how you relate to yourself and your patterns so you can meet challenges with more clarity and steadiness, rather than just white-knuckling through

  • Build nervous-system-informed practices that fit your life. (Think simple, grounding tools you'll actually use.)​

THEN, TWO WEEKS LATER. . .

Two weeks after our session, we'll reconnect for a 30-minute check-in. This is the time for us to see what's landed, what's shifted, and what questions may have come up.

 

If 1:1 coaching feels like the right next step, we'll talk about that too. No pressure, no pitch. Just an honest conversation about what sort of structure makes sense for you.

The Details

Investment

$200 (If you decide to move into 1:1 coaching, this investment applies in full toward your first month.)

Format

90-minute session via phone or Zoom, followed by a 30-minute check-in two weeks later

Availability

Open to new clients or anyone who is client-curious!

  • You're curious about nervous system work, IFS, or somatic coaching but want to experience it before committing

  • You're considering 1:1 coaching and want to see how we work together first

  • Something feels off and you can't quite name it... yet

Think of this as getting your bearings before the journey.

 

Not every session leads to ongoing coaching, and that's genuinely fine. Some people leave with exactly what they needed. Others discover that going deeper is exactly what they want. Either way, you'll gain valuable insights about yourself and ways to move forward in a way that's truly supportive.

 

Which is a pretty good use of an afternoon!
