I earned my RYT200 Certification in 2013 and have been teaching yoga asana ever since. As a teacher, my intention is to hold a supportive space for students to connect with their breath, cultivate awareness and challenge themselves physically. My classes are a blend of playful challenges and meditative movement. 

Throughout my years teaching, I've continued to build my knowledge of anatomy, functional movement, and how to move with a wisdom that can support us for the lifetime of our practice.
