Do you have a goal you yearn for, but struggle to stay committed to achieving it?
Many of us have a disempowering relationship with goal setting. We set a goal and get so excited by the possibility of it, only to lose motivation, feel defeated, or get distracted shortly after we take action.
Often we get stuck because we set our goal to fix something that we think is ‘wrong’ in our life. Sometimes we get stuck because while we’re excited about our big vision, we end up comparing the path ahead with others who have done it first/better/quicker and so we talk ourselves out of it before we get started.
There are so many ways that we sabotage our efforts to create and live the life we want.
But what if there was a different way?
It starts with a VISION...
A compelling vision gives meaning to our goals and shifts our relationship with them. It pulls us out of what’s predictable and gives us access to what’s possible.
Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll create a clear vision of what you want to accomplish in the next year and design a road map to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. We’ll also identify your unique flavor of self-sabotage, and establish support systems to nourish you and nudge you forward when you get stuck.
Throughout the process, you’ll receive 1:1 coaching to work through obstacles, get clear on deep-rooted patterns, and commit to practices that move you forward.
