THE SETTING:

Winter is a season of darkness—a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what’s essential.

Amid all that’s happening in the world, this year has felt like a time of big transitions. Our eyes are open, our hearts are raw. And yet, alongside the challenges and lowest points, there has also been joy, growth, and moments of celebration.

By taking the time to reflect—without judgment—you’ll have the chance to honor who you’ve become, learn from the challenges, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Together, in community with others, experience a grounding ritual of:

  • Centering meditations

  • Guided journaling

  • Communal sharing and support

Reflect & Renew | A Year-End Ritual for Finding Light is an invitation to witness your experiences, honor your wisdom, and carry these gifts forward. Not with perfect certainty—because really, is that even possible right now?—but with a strong commitment to yourself, your community, and your values.
