I bring a systems-based approach to team facilitation and training, grounded in nervous system science, ontological coaching, and somatic practices.
The focus is always the same: helping individuals understand what's happening beneath the surface of their stress patterns, communication styles, and coping strategies, and giving them real, practical tools to shift their approach, NOT just to fix a problem.
I offer lunch-and-learns, half-day workshops, ongoing education and team facilitation. Everything is designed around your team's goals, needs, and challenges.

Lunch & Learn
A focused introduction to one topic. Practical, accessible, in-person or virtual.
Topics include:

Half-Day Workshops
Deeper exploration with time for experiential practice, small group work, and integration. Good for off-sites, leadership days, and team development.
Available as a stand-alone workshop or as a series. Multi-session engagements are built around your team's specific needs. Each session builds on the last.

Leadership & Team Coaching
For leadership teams looking for sustainable and meaningful change in their organizational culture.
An ongoing engagement combining 1:1 coaching with individual leaders and regular group check-ins, designed to build an aligned vision, honest communication, and a team culture where people feel genuinely supported.
(minimum 6-month engagement)
