Disrupting your stress cycle to create the space for curiosity, calm, & connection

Do you ever catch yourself reacting in ways that don’t feel like you, then cringe afterward, wondering why you showed up that way?

That moment when you suddenly shut down, withdraw, or snap.


When your voice rises.
A cutting remark slips out.
Or you say “yes” when you meant “no.”

If you’d like to show up in stressful moments with more presence and care, you’re not alone.

These reactions aren’t flaws. They’re nervous system responses, wired in by past stress. When your system gets activated, it’s hard to access the tools you know can help.

So what’s the way forward?

 

This isn’t about fixing something broken.
It’s about creating space to listen inward, reconnect, and choose with intention.
It’s about making room to explore new responses, with compassion and support.

Finding Pause is a 90-minute workshop that invites you to slow down, build self-awareness, and practice powerful skills for staying grounded and connected when it matters most.

In this guided session, you’ll:

  • Explore your unique stress patterns—what activates your nervous system, and how to respond with care

  • Practice simple, real-time tools to stay present and connected when emotions run high

  • Learn how boundaries can deepen connection—not just protect your energy

  • Receive supportive scripts for “I don’t know what to say” moments, so you can express yourself with clarity and kindness

  • Reflect, connect, and experiment in a safe, guided space

This Workshop Is For You If:

  • You want to feel more centered and intentional in your communication

  • You’re learning to set and express boundaries with clarity and self-trust

  • You want practical, embodied ways to apply what you’ve learned about nervous system support

  • You’re building a relationship with yourself based on compassion—not self-criticism

  • You want to communicate in ways that are honest, caring, and aligned with your values

What to Expect:

 

This is an interactive workshop.
You’ll be invited to engage, reflect, and share as we go.
Together, we’ll explore how grounding tools and boundary practices feel in your body and voice in real time.

Can’t Make It Live?

 

The workshop will not be recorded to create a space where everyone can share openly.
However, all registrants will receive a downloadable integration guide with the tools, scripts, and journal prompts we explore together.

If you can’t attend live but want the guide, you’re still welcome to register—I’ll send the resources your way afterward.

Feeling a little off-track this year?

You’re not alone. Maybe you started 2025 with a clear intention—or at least a feeling you wanted to follow. But the momentum faded. The world got noisy. Stress took over. Or maybe life just… happened.

Now, halfway through the year, you find yourself wondering:

Where am I in all of this?
What still matters to me?
And how do I want to move forward—intentionally?

It’s not about getting back on track. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, allowing what was, and recalibrating with care.

This Workshop Is Your Mid-Year Reset

'Reflect & Renew' is a 90-minute live, guided space to:

  • Reflect on your original goals, visions, and the shifts that have unfolded

  • Release what’s no longer serving you—without shame or pressure

  • Recenter around what feels aligned now, in your body and life

  • Refocus your energy with grounded intentions for the second half of the year

We’ll blend somatic pause practices, gentle journaling prompts, and compassionate reflection to help you reset, without bypassing or bulldozing.

 

This is for you if:

  • You’re craving a moment of intentional pause to check in with yourself

  • You want to recalibrate without “starting over” or shaming your past self

  • You’re curious how nervous system awareness can support sustainable goals

  • You’re ready to move forward with clarity, softness, and self-trust

  • You want your choices to come from connection, not burnout

This is a workshop, not a webinar. You’ll be invited to participate, not perform, through:

  • Guided reflection exercises

  • Nervous system-informed grounding practices

  • Somatic awareness and movement

  • Journaling prompts and space for shared insight

You’ll leave feeling more attuned to yourself—and more equipped to move through the rest of the year with integrity and intention.

The session will be recorded. All who register will receive the recording as well as a 'Mid-Year Reset' Guide, including:

  • Key practices from the workshop
