You are HERE is a transformative 4 month long small-group coaching space designed to help you focus on one meaningful goal, uncover and shift old patterns, and take decisive action toward a life aligned with who you truly are.
This is not just accountability (though you’ll get plenty of that!) — this is a small group coaching container that combines ontological coaching, research-based tools, mindfulness practices, and the power of community to reshaping your relationship with your goals and your life.

✨ 90-minutes Vision & Strategy Session (before the cohort's first meeting)

A focused 1:1 coaching call to clarify your vision and craft a powerful goal that will guide your work for the next 4 months.
✨ 4 Months of Group Coaching and Co-Working Calls. Each month, you get:
